Find Someone Who Can [exercise 2]
In a “Find Someone Who” activity, students participate in a speaking exercise where they look for classmates who match specific descriptions. Each student gets a list of statements and must ask their peers questions based on these statements. For example, if the statement is “Find someone who can draw”, the student needs to find a classmate who fits that description, note their name, and share the information with the group, possibly asking for more details related to the statement.
This “Find Someone Who” activity is specifically designed to practice using the modal verb CAN.
Encourage your students to ask additional questions and build a dialogue.
